Where will the ceremony take place?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at the Willow Pavilion inside the Westin Hotel. When you arrive at the hotel, please take the escalator or elevator to the ground floor and follow the signs to the Willow Pavilion. Immediately after the ceremony we will have cocktail hour. Wedding guests will be directed to the Pecan Ballroom for the wedding reception.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at our ceremony and reception location, the Westin Hotel. Please see the travel tab on our site for the link to the room block. Where can I park?

Answer

Valet Parking and access to parking garage is located on 1220 Elm St, Dallas, TX 75202. There will be complimentary event valet parking for the Wedding on 09/28/2024. In addition, overnight valet parking for hotel wedding guests will be be discounted 50%.

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes. RSVP information will be in your invitation. RSVP deadline is August 25, 2024

Can I bring my child?

Answer

We have decided to keep our celebration an adult-only event. Please enjoy a date night during our child-free wedding.

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. Our talented photographers will be there to capture this special moment in our lives. We kindly ask that phones be on silent and put away during the ceremony, but be free to take as many pictures and videos as possible the rest of the night.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests, and will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Please check your RSVP card included with the invite.

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Yes! Immediately after the ceremony, we will have a cocktail hour where you can enjoy a variety of hors d'oeuvres and drinks. We will also have a plated dinner during the reception. There will be an open bar with spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.

What should I wear?

Answer

Formal- to Semi-formal Attire Women: Evening gowns are welcomed and so are cocktail dresses or dressy jumpsuits. Men: Suits or your best western wear attire. Please feel free to wear colors in our black, gold, champagne color scheme.

Are there any colors we should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride- whites and ivories.
