NO! All parking on the property is reserved for the vendors. We will take care of transportation to and from the venue from the 3 hotels listed on the Travel page. Ubers are not available in the area but Count Rainbow Taxi can be used if need be - phone # for Taxi: (413) 499-4300.
As much as we love your babies & kids, with the tent + venue set up we will not be able to have little ones in attendance. We understand childcare coverage for the night may not be feasible for some, so we do not want anyone to stress; if you cannot come because of your littles we truly understand!
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be fully outdoors. We will have a tent for the reception. So please dress accordingly with foot ware for grass and layers for cooler September night temperatures.
Yes, we will have buses on the property running from the venues to the hotels until 11:30 pm.
Yes, you can park at the hotels and utilize the buses we will be providing to get people to and from the venue. We will just need to know in advance for headcount purposes for the bus!
Yes, we will have a golf cart on the property with a driver to assist anyone who can use it to get to the ceremony seats, to the tent, down the driveway, etc.
No formal after party. TJ and Jackie will be sleeping at the 'venue' property and pending town noise ordinance, the 'after party' will continue onsite at the venue until the final bus departs back to the hotels for the night.
