October 12th- Check in to hotel by 3:00 pm
October 13th (day of wedding)- arrive at the venue by no later than 2:45 pm so the ceremony can start by 3:00 pm
-Cocktail hour begins at 4:00 pm
-Dinner will be served at 5:00 pm
-From 6:00 pm to 11:59 pm, we dance the night away!
October 14th- Guests must check out of the hotel by 11:00 am
