Cocktail attire! For the ladies, that means cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or fun summer dresses. For the gents, that means a suit or a sports coat / blazer if the mood strikes. Ties are optional, but the wedding party will be wearing them. If you wear a tux, Teddy will ask you to serve hors d'oeuvres. Do we want people to dress up for this shindig? Yes! Do we want people to be comfortable and have fun? YES. Wear what feels right, we trust you.
It means we're going the non-traditional route. There will be no seated dinner or the typical speeches - we want a big party to celebrate our big day! There will be food trucks, passed apps, and other small bites throughout the night. There will be gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan bites available.
Yes! While there's no seated dinner or assigned seats, there will be plenty of seating available to eat, hang out, and rest your feet after dancing the night away.
Both! The venue is an indoor industrial space with a large courtyard attached. The ceremony and dancing will all happen indoors. You'll find food trucks, places to sit, and another bar outside.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding!
If traveling by train, you can take the LIRR to Atlantic Terminal, and it is a quick 10-minute cab ride from there to the venue. If driving, there is plenty of free street parking right near the venue.
