How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

The venue is a 13 mile (~45 minute) drive North through the mountains starting at 700 Red Sandstone Rd. For Google or Apple Maps, use the below for directions: Piney Lake/Piney River Ranch, Piney River Rd, Vail, CO 81658

Are children allowed at the wedding?

While we LOVE your little ones, the wedding will be adults only. Please make arrangements as needed. We appreciate your understanding in making our day special.

Is there a hotel block for the wedding?

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony will be outdoors but there is a backup plan if weather does not allow for this. Reception will be indoors regardless!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 4:00pm MST, so please be there by 3:30pm so there is time for everyone to take their seats. Plan your travel ahead of time - it may take longer than you think to get to the venue!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Our wedding is a small, 50-person event. While we'd like to accommodate for everyone's plus-one, our guest list is very tight. Only named parties on invitations are able to attend. Thanks for understanding!

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Contact us about this with specifics ahead of the event! We will do our best to communicate this to our venue and plan accordingly.

Will I have cell phone service at the wedding venue?

Answer

There is not, however there IS a phone in the office/lodge in case of any emergencies. The venue can be contacted at (303) 905-4439.
