Getting to the Island

Mackinac Island is accessible by ferry from St. Ignace, MI and Mackinac City, MI. Overnight parking is available at each port. Shepler’s Mackinac Island Ferry and Mackinac Island Ferry Company provide services every 30 minutes to and from the island. Please see below for links regarding travel to Mackinac Island:

Mission Point Resort

The venue of our wedding ceremony and reception will be at the Mission Point Resort, located right on the lakefront of Lake Huron. Amenities include an on-site bar and restaurant, mini golf, bike rentals, spa and salon treatments, and beautiful lakefront views. Our guests will be responsible for covering the cost of their own rooms. Jackie and Olivia will reach out to you with booking links! We were given a select amount of rooms in our first room block, so our families will be in Mission Point while our friends stay next door at Small Point Bed & Breakfast. There are several amenities included at the B&B, including continental breakfast, WiFi, bike rentals, and hiking. We are working on getting more rooms added to our block - stay tuned!
