Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to wear dressy casual attire-think stylish yet comfortable. We encourage a look that is both fashionable and comfortable. Choose outfits that feel put together while still allowing you to relax and enjoy the celebration. Suit and tie are definitely not necessary but please refrain from jeans and ball caps. Please wear comfortable shoes as we expect everyone to hit the dance floor. We are excited to celebrate with you all!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are so grateful for your love and support and consider your presence at our wedding the best gift. We are not registered for traditional gifts as we truly do not need anything. Anyone wishing to give may contribute to our honeymoon fund via any major credit or debit card to help us create more unforgettable memories. A zola gift card is not needed. Please click the registry tab to contribute. We are very appreciative.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We will provide hotel recommendations within closer proximity to the wedding date. Please check back within 6-9 months before the wedding for updates, as we will try to get hotel blocks for discounts. However, Cosby, TN is within 30 minutes of Gatlinburg and the area is filled with hotels, cabins and air b n b's. We encourage anyone who plans to spend at least one night to start exploring the wonderful accommodations the area has to offer. Please use the venue address of 2694 Mountain Peak Way, Cosby, TN 37722 to see nearby options. We will also be reaching out directly to the bridal party and immediate family directly around October regarding accommodations and extended stays.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please aim to arrive at least 20-30 minutes before the ceremony begins at 4:00pm. The parking area to the venue will be a few minutes walk away. There will be one golf cart shuttle provided to help transport our guest. We suggest, dropping off friends and family at the front of the venue to avoid multiple guest having to walk and to better utilize the shuttle.

Are kids welcome?

While we adore your children, our venue does not have the capacity for all the little ones outside of the bridal party or unless your invitation specifically includes children . We appreciate your understanding,

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the capacity of the venue, we are unable to accommodate a plus one unless your invitation specifically includes one. If you are unsure, please reach out directly to Montrell or Jackie. It is very important that you RSVP as an accurate guest count is needed. We appreciate your understanding.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We cannot wait to celebrate next year and would kindly appreciate everyone RSVP by the end of the year. Due to this being a destination wedding, an early RSVP will help us better plan and stay organized. If your plans change or you are unable to attend, we appreciate a quick update. You can RSVP directly on our website for your convenience.
