Schedule: What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask ceremony guests to arrive by 2:45pm, as the front venue doors will close at 2:55pm. Guests arriving after 2:55pm will be directed to watch the live stream from the reception hall.

Parking: Where can I park and can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Answer

There is ample free parking around the venue, including the adjacent ramp. Yes, all cars left overnight must be picked up by 12:00pm on Monday.

Transportation: What time does the shuttle to and from the hotel and venue run?

Answer

2:25pm shuttle leaves the DoubleTree for the venue 10:00pm shuttle leaves the venue for the DoubleTree

Weather: What's the plan if it rains?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both indoors.

Yes, the venue is fully handicap accessible.

Dress code: What should I wear?

Answer

This event is black-tie optional but we encourage you to get fancy and wear that outfit you love but rarely have an occasion to wear.
