I'm traveling- where should I stay?

Answer

We have a discount code listed under the "Lodging" tab for the Grand and a couple hotels listed that are close. Cape May is a town full of many hotels, bed and breakfasts, and Airbnb/VRBOs. There is something for everyone. Grab a couple friends and book a place together!

What is a Welcome Event?

For those traveling we would love to welcome you into town with an ice cold beverage and beautiful views of the Cape May beaches. Come say hi and mingle with other guests.

Can I bring additional guests?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to limited spacing and accommodations only those listed on your invitation are invited.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Formal. Please keep in mind the ceremony will be outdoors with little to no shading (wear sunscreen). The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3pm. We request guests be in their seats by 2:30 to ensure the scheduled start time.

What should I do between the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Answer

Take a stroll on the promenade or get out of the sun- enjoy a drink at the hotel bar or walk a block over to Harry's!

What should we expect for the after party?

Answer

The after party will be in the hotel bar/restaurant (Hemmingway's) with DJ, dancing, drinks, and snacks. Please keep in mind, unlike the reception, this will be a cash bar.
