Flip and I had an art class in high school together. Years later, we reconnected when my brother, Charlie, started living with Flip. We found out that we both had crushes on each other that never really went away. We've been together ever since then, November 23, 2016.

Flip proposed to me at one of our favorite restaurants, Pier 87. We were waiting for our table outside by the fire, and he said, "Look who's here." I turned around to see the balcony lined up with about 20 members of our friends and family. When I turned back around to Flip, he was on one knee. He asked, I said YES, and now we are here!
