Question

What COVID-19 Precautions Will Be In Place?

Answer

Jorgensen Farms will be following guidelines set in place by the state of Ohio and CDC: - Dancing is permitted if safety precautions are followed. Guests must wear masks and properly distance. - Dinner will be served to guests at their seats. No self-serve buffets permitted. - Masks must be worn at all times unless actively consuming food or beverages. - No more than 10 people should be seated at a table. - No more than 170 people in attendance. If there are any updates to the current Ohio Health Order we will be sure to update it here. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out.

Will masks be provided?

Answer

Yes, we will have masks available for those who would like to wear two masks or have misplaced theirs.

Are guests required to quarantine or get a COVID test prior to the wedding?

Answer

While we are not requiring it, we would greatly appreciate if all guests take extra precautions in the 2 weeks prior to our reception to make it as safe as possible. If you have access to COVID testing and are able to be tested prior to coming we encourage it. We will be getting tested beforehand.

I have already RSVP'd "YES" but I am feeling under the weather. Should I still come?

Answer

While we would love to have you in attendance, if you are feeling sick the week leading up to the wedding we ask that you please stay home or receive a Negative COVID test before attending. If you can no longer attend please reach out to Jackie and Conner. No problem at all!

Will there be outdoor space for people to socialize?

Answer

Yes, there will be an outside courtyard where guests can interact while socially distanced. There will be yard games and a bonfire as well (weather permitting).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests arrive between 4:30-4:45pm to begin at 5pm. This will be a Friday evening reception so please be mindful of traffic and plan accordingly.

Answer

Yes! We are registered through Zola. Please check the "Registry" tab.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire.

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the hotel & venue?

Answer

Yes, we will have a 55 person coach bus departing the Hilton at Easton at 4pm to take guests to Oak Grove before the ceremony. We will have the 55 person bus do two trips from Oak Grove back to the Hilton at Easton at 10pm and 11pm. Uber, Lyft and Taxi's will also be available.

Is there parking available at the venue? Am I able to leave my car overnight?

Answer

Parking is permitted on site at Oak Grove. Cars may be left overnight but must be retrieved between 8-10am on Saturday April 17th.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please add your allergy to the submission form when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but we want you to have the night off to celebrate so we are asking for an adult-only reception!
