Welcome Drinks 5pm - 6pm Cocktail Hour 6pm - 7pm Full Reception 7pm - Midnight Shuttle Bus Information: After the ceremony, there will be shuttle buses ready to transport guests from the hotel (Hyatt Regency of Long Island) to the reception hall (Larkfield Manor). Pickup times from the hotel will be in two waves at [4:30pm and 4:45pm]. Guests will be responsible for their transportation from the church to the hotels immediately after the ceremony to prepare for the shuttle pickup. At the end of the night, there will also be shuttle buses ready to transport guests from the reception hall back to the hotels. Buses will travel in two waves at [11:45pm and Midnight].
