This is where our hotel block is and where the buses for out of town guests will be picking up and dropping off for the wedding. There are multiple places to stay around the city between hotels and Airbnb - pick wherever you would like! :)

Nashville International Airport (BNA)

Nashville only has one airport, it is very easy to get to and from no matter where you are staying in the city. *NJ/NY Guests* - all nonstop options from Newark/JFK/LGA

Shuttle

*Out of town guests* Bus from Element Vanderbilt West End Hotel

May 10, 2024 4:15 pm - 11:30 pm

Two buses will be departing the hotel at 4:30PM (please arrive by 4:15PM) to take out of town guests to the venue, staying at the venue and then returning the same group back to the hotel when the wedding is over. They will not be running all night. Please see below for guidance on easiest way to divide up the buses: Bus #1 - Bergen/Toye Family Bus #2 - All Friends

Travel Note

Uber

Getting an uber out to the venue from the city will not be difficult, however it is in a rural area and may be difficult getting one home later in the evening. We recommend planning accordingly if you are a local guest and not driving.

For any guests looking to stay close to the venue and not in the city, this would be the best option.
