When should I RSVP by?

Will the ceremony and reception be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be taking place outdoors. The reception will be a combination of indoors and outdoors. There's even a tent! :)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:15 PM to allow time to park and grab a seat, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

UPDATE - due to expected high temperatures on the big day, please dress cool and comfortable (eg sun dresses, shirt sleeve shirts, and yes, even dressy shorts.) We recommend cocktail attire (OPTIONAL): cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, light shirts (short or long sleeves), dress shorts and slacks. Feel free to wear any shade of teal. Just so you know, the ceremony and wedding are taking place on a farm, which will require walking on gravel in some areas and grass.

Yes, of course! We are planning a variety of options to tailor to common allergies such as shellfish, gluten and dairy. If you have any special requests, please reach out to us.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! Self-parking on site can accommodate up to 70-80 vehicles.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

No, but the location is easy to get to by car, with ample parking. If you need assistance, please contact us.
