Welcome Event - Garden Party Theme

6:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Join us for an evening of light bites and cocktails. It's the perfect chance to mingle, relax, and start the fun! Garden Party Attire: Wear floral print maxi/sundress, dress suits or button downs in lighter hues. We would love to see our family and friends wear touches of Gold, Sage, Blush or Ivory to match our wedding colors! For those wondering, the venue is indoors and located at Panorama Tower, which is connected to the Hyatt Centric. For local guests, we recommend taking an Uber. Valet parking is also available right in front of the building. For all guests, you can walk around the building and enter Panorama Tower directly. Let security know you're here for the Welcome Party on floor 19. At the elevator bank, press 19 on the screen and it’ll guide you to which elevator to take. FYI for Hotel block guests, you can take the elevator from the Hyatt Centric to floor 19, then walk across the pool to enter the party room

Bus from Hyatt Centric to Ceremony

3:15 pm - 4:15 pm

We've arranged for a charter bus to take our guests to the venue. Please head down to the Hyatt Centric lobby by 3:00pm. The bus leaves at 3:15 sharp and won't be able to wait on anyone! Please do not be late - the drive to the venue is approximately 45 minutes.
