There are a lot of ways to get around! You can grab an uber, lyft or taxi when you arrive to the airport. There are rental car services from the airport as well.

Depending on your length of stay, we recommend booking your stay anywhere between Dripping Springs and downtown Austin. There are many hotel and airbnb options available so we DID NOT book a hotel block. FYI - the wedding day shuttle will run to and from the wedding venue and downtown Austin.

Shuttle to Venue

November 2, 2025 2:45 pm - 3:00 pm

PICK UP LOCATION: 1083 Trinity St, Austin, TX 78701. This is the ONLY shuttle that will take guests from downtown to the venue. If you miss the shuttle, please get an uber or lyft. There will be three buses total. Each bus plans to arrive at/just before the scheduled pick up time for folks to start loading on to each bus. It will be leaving for the venue shortly after each pick up time so do not be late!!

Shuttle Departure back Downtown

November 2, 2025 9:30 pm - 10:30 pm

DROP OFF LOCATION: 1083 Trinity St, Austin, TX 78701. We will have TWO shuttles to get back downtown. For our early risers - shuttle 1 leaves at 9:30pm. For our late nighters - shuttle 2 leaves at 10:30pm. The drop off location is the SAME if you opted to take the shuttle from downtown to the venue.
