Wachusett Mountain State Reservation
The 3,000-acre Wachusett Mountain State Reservation offers plenty of natural and recreational opportunities. You can hike and bike trails or drive up to the top. Enjoy the scenic views from the 2,006-foot peak. Jackie and Elijah love to hike this mountain and watch the sunset.
Green Hill Golf Course
Worcester's largest and most diverse park includes a golf course. One of Jackie and Elijah's favorite golf courses in the area!
New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill
Experience the wonder of plants at a botanic garden in the heart of New England. A nonprofit organization open to the public year-round for garden viewing, trail walking, educational programs, exhibitions, and more. Their garden includes conservatories, formal and naturalistic gardens, a Garden Shop, café, and expansive views of the Wachusett Reservoir. Jackie and Elijah love going to these beautiful gardens, even in the winter when they do their light festival.
Apex Entertainment
Large, 100,000-sq.-ft. entertainment center with bowling, go-karts, laser tag, an arcade, axe throwing, escape rooms, simulators, and more. Jackie and Elijah had one of their first Valentine's dates here when it had just opened. They still enjoy going back year after year!
Free Play Bar Arcade
New England's largest Bar Arcade located in downtown Worcester! Packed with more than 100 classic Video Games, Pinball, Skee Ball, Air Hockey, and DDR - all set to Free Play! Must be 21+ to enter. This is a staple bar of the couple ever since they moved to Worcester!
The Mercantile Center
The Mercantile Center is a mixed-use set of buildings that hold office space and retail/restaurant, including: The Mercantile (Jackie's favorite), Ruth's Chris Steak House, Lucians II Sandwich Shop, Fuel America, and Notch Biergarten (craft beer, live music, games, and more)!

The Canal District in Worcester, MA has Events, Bars, Restaurants, Clubs, & Retail and is widely acknowledged as the city’s most actively developing area. Seed To Stem (The couple's favorite), Crompton Collective, Birch Tree Brewing Company, Wachusett Brew Yard, and much more!

The EcoTarium is a science and nature museum located in Worcester, Massachusetts. Previously known as the New England Science Center. Great for kids! Jackie and her siblings grew up visiting The EcoTarium.

Business & Food Center located very close to the hotel. It has a Golf X (indoor golf simulator). Restaurants include Chipotle, Hot Table, Dave's Hot Chicken, Starbucks, and more! There is also a Chick-Fil-A, Panera, Jersey Mikes, Kelley's Roast Beef and more right down the street on Gold Star Blvd.
