We are getting married!

We attended the same high school in Katy, TX and had always known of each other, but it wasn’t until our last semester of senior year that we really met and instantly clicked! We had both already decided on colleges (Ohio State & Clemson), but that didn’t stop us from jumping right in, even becoming boyfriend and girlfriend before our first official date (dinner and a movie — still our favorite thing to do!). We then leaned into long distance, making the most of weekend visits, FaceTime calls, and countdowns to the next time we’d see each other. In 2024, we finally closed the distance and now live together in Atlanta, GA — a city we used to daydream of calling home! Nearly six years after we started dating, we took a little trip to Rosemary Beach, Florida. After a slow morning grabbing coffee, a beach day spent laying out and shell hunting, pre-dinner drinks, and a walk through town admiring all the beautiful homes, Jack proposed. We spent the rest of the evening giddy and emotional, celebrating over a nice meal and talking about our past, present, and everything still to come. Yay!
