If possible, we highly recommend flying into Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport. T.F. Green is only 28 miles from Newport, RI, and is very accessible via Uber or transportation service! It is the closest and most convenient airport.

How do I get on to the navy base without military credentials?

We've got you covered! Your name will be on a list given to the gate guard at Naval Station Newport before your arrival. Just show any form of identification to get on the base.
