FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal : We’d love for everyone to dress up, but no need for a ballgown or tuxedo. Think suits, cocktail dresses, or polished outfits you can move and dance in. Pops of color and elegant details are welcome! Gentlemen, we just ask for classic shirts (no bold prints) to keep our photos looking timeless.

Question

What if I am a Non-Hotel guest?

Answer

All non-hotel guests will need a Wedding Day Pass. This pass grants access to the resort starting 30 minutes before the ceremony and ending 30 minutes after the reception. Upon arrival, please present a valid photo ID (passport or driver’s license) at the front desk — the staff will hold it until you depart. The resort also requires a hold of $4,000 MXN (approximately $200 USD) on your credit card. This is a temporary authorization that will be released when you leave the property.

Question

Will the Wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

All of our wedding celebrations, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, will be held outdoors, so you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings with us.

Question

When and where is the wedding?

Answer

The celebration begins at 5:00 PM sharp, so please plan to arrive about 20-30 minutes early to get settled. Our ceremony will take place at the Cliff Gazebo on the resort, followed by cocktail hour on the lawn beside the gazebo, and an unforgettable reception on the Rooftop Terrace.

Question

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift, but if you wish, we have a honeymoon fund linked in the "registry" tab. Thank you in advance!

Question

What shoes should I wear?

Answer

Since our wedding won’t be on sand, you can skip the flip-flops and barefoot look. We recommend comfortable dress shoes or wedges, no need to worry about sinking into the ground. Heels are fine, but choose ones you can dance in all night!

Question

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Absolutely! You’ve traveled from afar to celebrate with us, and we’d love for you to capture these moments through your own lens. We just ask that you be mindful of our photographer and avoid blocking the view, so everyone can enjoy the ceremony together.

Question

What time will dinner be served?

Answer

Dinner will be served at approximately 7:30 PM, depending on how closely we stick to the schedule.

Question

Is there a welcome party or other events during the wedding week?

Answer

For now, we don’t have any additional events planned besides enjoying the resort, indulging in delicious food and drinks, and spending time with great company by the pool or beach, all leading up to celebrating the big day. If that changes, we’ll be sure to keep you updated!
