Dress code is cocktail/garden attire. This means dresses & suits, but they may be any length or color. In fact, we encourage color & prints - have fun with it!
The ceremony will take place outdoors on grass. Cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor with a tented patio. Dinner will take place indoors, upstairs at the lodge, and then we'll be back outside under the tent for dancing!
If you are staying at one of our hotel blocks, we will offer transportation via bus to and from the venue. Below are the pickup & return times: Open Hearth Lodge: 4:00 pm Birchwood Lodge: 4:30 pm Return shuttles depart at 9:30, 10:30, 11:30, & 12:30

Please endeavor to arrive around 4:45, but no later than 4:55 to ensure you can be seated by the time the ceremony begins!
We absolutely love all of your little ones, however we kindly ask that you leave them at home for this event. Give yourselves a night off, you deserve it!
