What Time should I arrive to the Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30 pm, so please arrive 15-20 minutes early to allow yourself time to park and find a seat. The ceremony site is indoors and there is no way for you sneak in after it begins.

Are Children welcome?

Answer

We love your children, really! So while we wish we could include all of them, the event is limited to children of immediate family only. We hope you understand and enjoy your night off!

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes! There will be passed hors d'oevres during cocktail hour and dinner will be served family style.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, it is open bar!

is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi formal or cocktail, but if the top button is a little too tight or those heels are a little to high, there wont be any judgement from us :)

Yes, there are two hotel blocks, more information can be found under the "where to stay" tab.

is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

yes, the ceremony and reception are at the same venue and there is onsite parking behind the building, off of Salem Ave, there is also metered parking on main street, no meter charge on the weekend.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately due to venue capacity we are limited in the number of guests we can accommodate. if your invite says "and guest" then yes, if not then we would prefer it is just you. There will be friends there that you already know and others that you will soon meet!

What if I don't RSVP?

Answer

If you don't RSVP, we will assume you cannot make it and there will not be a place setting for you, as we need to provide a head count prior to the date.

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

There won’t be a shuttle, the Hotel Anthracite is within walking distance.
