Hotel rooms are reserved under the "Mason/Freda" wedding for Thursday (9/26), Friday (9/27), and Saturday (9/28) if needed. Parking is $12 a night. They also offer an AARP or AAA discount but you have to call ahead to add this to your reservation and make sure you are still under the Mason/ Freda wedding block. Shuttle
September 27, 2019 4:00 pm - 11:30 pm
A shuttle will be transporting guests from the hotel to the cidery for the ceremony and back to the hotel after the reception. There will be two trips made there and two back. The first trip to the cidery will leave at 4:15 PM and the second will leave at 5:15 PM. The first trip back to the hotel will leave at 10:00 PM, the second will leave at 11:30 PM. Guests are welcome to take the shuttle whether or not they are staying at the hotel. There is a parking garage right around the corner from the hotel called the South Avenue Garage that cars can be parked in if desired in order to take the shuttle to/ from the wedding.
