Jack and Sam met their first night of college at Augustana University. They became friends throughout that fall, getting to know each other at the Crow Bar. Eventually Jack began helping Sam with her chemistry homework. Instead of studying, they spent most of their time at the library playing tic-tac-toe or bothering their friend Anna, who set them up. Their first date was at Pepperjax… or at least, Sam thought it was a date. Jack didn’t realize it at the time, but he eventually figured it out. A few months later, during Spring Break in Florida, Jack officially asked Sam to be his girlfriend while taking a walk on the beach. Four years later, Jack and Sam moved to Omaha, where he proposed on a sunny summer afternoon in front of the Joslyn Castle. They have lived in Omaha for almost two years now and can’t wait to celebrate with you on September 19th!
