Our wedding dress code is black tie. Gents: A tux or a dark suit is perfect. Don't stress if there’s no silk lapel, just show up looking sharp and feeling good. Ladies: We’d love to see you in a splash of colour! Just a heads up, our bridemaids are in green silk so unless you want to be mistaken for one, maybe dodge that. Dress up, feel great, and get ready to celebrate in style (and on the dance floor).
We’ll be putting on pre-ceremony drinks from 3:15pm, so if you’d like to make the most of them, aim to arrive then and enjoy a glass (or two) before the festivities begin. Please make sure you arrive no later than 3:30pm, we’ll be kicking off the ceremony at 4:00pm.
We are organising a bus for the wedding that will cost $20 return and will pick up and drop off guests at Club Marion, Sturt (262 Sturt Road, Marion 5043). The bus will be picking up from Club Marion at 2:45pm and will pick up from Simon Hackett at 12am (midnight). The venue mentioned that while Ubers are available to get home, there can sometimes be a wait if lots of guests need rides, so make sure you plan ahead. If you want to take the bus, please RSVP so we can get it organised for you! If you’re only planning to catch the bus one way, just make sure to let us know on the RSVP link. If you’re driving, there’s free parking available at the venue. We can’t wait to boogie with you.
Your presence is what matters most to us, but if you’re thinking of something extra, a contribution towards our future would be warmly appreciated. There will be a wishing well at the celebration for those who’d like to give a gift.
While we absolutely adore your little ones, we're keeping the celebration an adults-only affair, we hope this gives you the perfect excuse for a night off to let your hair down with us.
