we're getting married!!!

Jack and I have been working at the mighty Boyne Country Sports since the beginning of time... or at least that's how it feels. We both started working there when we were 16 and have been working winters there ever since. On a fall day in 2018, after a coworker bailed on helping hang ornaments around the store, Jack and I were left to complete the task alone. I hadn't known much about him at the time, other than that he was Joe's kid, but "quickly" found that he was so much more than that. I say quickly in quotes because it felt a lot faster to me than it did to Jack. He will never let me forget that I followed up our ornament-hanging experience by ignoring his DM for 2 weeks, but still attempted to talk to him at work. In my defense, I was on a social media boycott and totally missed the DM. Several weeks later, he finally got me to commit to an official date, forgave me for *ignoring* him for 2 weeks & that was that- we've been attached at the hip from then on.
