We ate some amazing pancakes here before heading off for a long hike! It was so delicious and was served with good southern hospitality :) (FYI: There is a pancake pantry in Nashville too!)

The jambalaya is the best in the south! (In our humble opinion). They mill their own flour to make fresh bread daily and they also make their own pottery to serve the food! It is near cute shops so you can walk around while you wait for table.

This was our first hike together in the Smokies and we absolutely loved it. The views are incredible. It is 11 miles round trip and is considered a "strenuous hike".
