What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:30pm. Transportation will be provided from The Graduate at Storrs departing at 4pm. The ceremony will start at 5pm.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your children, please leave them at home and enjoy the night out!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle from the Graduate at Storrs at 4pm. Shuttles from the reception back to the Graduate at Storrs will be at 9:30pm and 10:40pm (reception end).

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue. Cars can be left overnight but must be picked up the next day (Saturday) before 10:30AM.

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Please dress and prepare accordingly. In the event of poor weather, the ceremony will be held indoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is cocktail attire, so dress to impress. The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be held indoors. The bridesmaids and grooms women will be in steel and dusty blue. Please refrain from wearing white or shades of white.

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction. Can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! There is a vegetarian option included in the dinner choices. Please let us know about any other food allergies or dietary restrictions in your RSVP.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

No, we intend to have an unplugged ceremony. We respectfully request that no one uses their cell phones during the ceremony to limit distractions and ensure everyone is present. After the ceremony ends, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you want!
