East 4th Street
Right downtown, East Fourth Street, is home to many amazing bars and restaurants. From bars to restaurants - this street has something for everyone. A few of our favorites are Wonder Bar, Cordelia, and Flannery’s. Did we mention it has DORA?
Winking Lizard Downtown Cleveland
A Cleveland delicacy and a great spot for quick bar food & beers! When Jack and Liv started dating, Jack quickly discovered he would need to try new beers outside his beloved Miller Lite as he learned Liv had embarked on Winking Lizard's infamous Tour of Beers and needed to try 100 unique beers in one calendar year. Let's just say Jack's love for Liv trumped his love for double IPAs and niche seasonal beers.
Casa La Luna
One of the best Italian restaurants in Cleveland! Right outside Casa La Luna, on the Superior Bridge, is where Jack popped the question. Liv was so surprised by the proposal she asked Jack halfway through the photoshoot if they were still going to dinner here because she already had her meal picked out after studying the menu all week. Don't worry - Jack actually made the reservation. Their truffle pasta is a must order!!
Barrio Tacos Gateway
Easy and casual spot to build your own tacos!
Great Lakes Brewing Company
While Christmas Ale will not be in season, Great Lakes is still one of Jack and Liv's favorite spots in the Ohio City neighborhood of Cleveland. Stop by for a local beer or book a brewery tour!
Hecks Ohio City
Home to our favorite burgers in Cleveland! Jack loves the Heckburger and Liv can never decide between the Burger Au Cheval and the BrieBerry Burger.
Il Rione
Rustic-chic pizzeria serving NYC-style pies with inventive toppings aka the BEST pizza you will ever eat! They do not take reservations unfortunately but it's totally worth the wait. Stop at Stone Mad across the street for a pint while waiting for your table.
Stone Mad Pub
An Irish Bar in the Gordon Square neighborhood. A great pairing before/after visiting Il Rione across the street.
West End Tavern
The bar that started it all! Jack and Liv met here on their first blind date here. Order yourself a cold Bud Light or Miller Lite to really set the mood.
Little Italy
A historic neighborhood known for its Italian heritage and home to many great restaurants and bakeries. While there are many amazing spots here, Jack and Liv will be terribly upset if you don’t go to TOLI (Tavern of Little Italy) and try the deep fried spaghetti and meatballs. Yes, I know that sounds crazy but if you do one thing in Cleveland, it should be eating these meatballs. Once while having dinner in Little Italy one evening, Jack and Liv were approached by a movie producer to appear as background extras in the film. While they never did catch the name or release date of said film, just know there’s a scene at an Italian restaurant and Jack is drinking a pint of Guinness.
Sleepy Hollow Golf Course
Take in breathtaking views of the Cuyahoga River Valley while you golf at Ohio's #2 municipal golf course. This is Jack and Liv's favorite local golf course. If you're a golfer, we totally recommend you grab a tee time when you're in town!
