When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP via the wedding website by September 3rd, 2023.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at St. James 1868 before 3:15 pm. The ceremony will begin at 3:30 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We encourage guests to wear formal or cocktail style outfits.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless a "Plus 1" is indicated when you RSVP on the website, please do not bring a date. We wish we could celebrate with everyone!

Are kids welcome?

Although we love all of your kids, we would appreciate them staying home :).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We want everyone to have a safe and comfortable experience. Please let Jack or I know for any special requests.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you are staying at the Hilton Hotel Downtown, there will be shuttles taking guests from the hotel to the ceremony/reception location. For those not staying at the main hotel, there are multiple parking ramps, lots and street parking available near the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be shuttles picking guests up from the main hotel to the ceremony and returning them back to the hotel during/after the reception.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There is a Morning After Brunch, Saturday, November 4th at 10 AM at the Hilton Hotel, room TBD.

May I take pictures with my phone during the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Please do not take any photos during the ceremony. We will wonderful professional photographers capturing the special moment. We will share photographs with guests so you will not be left out :). During the reception, feel free to snap some shots!
