What are the total costs?

We have tried to include as much cost information as possible to help you plan your visit. For guests staying with us at the main Villa for the full week here is the cost breakdown: Flights - £125 per person Accommodation (1 week at the Villa) - £323.89 per person Transfers - £30 per person Total - £478.89 per person (not including spending/food and drink money) Guests staying elsewhere: Flights - the costs of flights is determined by the length of your stay. However 1 week is currently showing at £125pp with easyjet. Accommodation - this is also determined by the length of your stay and wherever you decide. Please take a look at our "accommodaton" section of the website for our suggestions.

When and where is the wedding?

The wedding will take place at 2pm at Villa San Crispolto in Tuscany, Italy.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We encourage you to dress to impress! But please keep in mind that the majority of our day will be spent outdoors, so please dress comfortably for the weather as it is likely to be hot. There are no colour restrictions - apart from white...duh!

Are children invited?

Answer

Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to invite all of our friends’ children, we can only accommodate a few close family children. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day.'

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to capacity we are keeping your guest list limited to those named on our invitations.

What is the wedding day itinerary?

We will share our itinerary along with our formal invitations once people have RSVPd.

What are my accommodation options?

Answer

The wedding venue accomodation is resevred for immediate family and those within the bridal party. We have a full accomodation section on our website for other guests to browse.

How long should I book my stay for?

Answer

This is entirely up to you! We will have the main Villa fom Friday 5th to Friday 12th. We will be hosting little events throughout the week that all wedding guests are welcome to attend if they are making their stay into a holiday. However, we appreciate that a destination wedding is costly and uses up precious annual leave, so if you wish to book your stay only to attend the wedding then this is perfectly fine!

Which airport shall I use?

Answer

The nearest airport to the venue is Pisa at 2.5 hrs away by car. Flights are currently showing £125pp for 1 week (Friday to Friday) This is with Easyjet from Bristol to Pisa. However the length of your stay is entirely up to you!
