Let’s celebrate!

Mack's version: I met Jack by walking into his room, really. He was a new roommate to my guy friends. I had noticed Jack was doing nothing that night so I invited him to come to play games with us at our house. I quickly realized how special he was and was excited to get to know him. We kept running into each other and we both went on the same church retreat. After that Jack asked me out. I was super excited! From there we went through long-distance and seasons but never ceased to feel God moving in our lives and hearts towards each other. I knew Jack was the man God picked for me little by little. Jack draws me closer to God, Jack treats me how my Father treats me, precious like a gem, and every moment with Jack brings light into my life. He is my best friend in every sense of the word. Jack's version: After Kenzie and I met, I quickly realized how special she is. Her heart is so pure, her smile so genuinely wide and her heart full of captivating joy. I knew she would be worth the pursuit. As we began to spend time together, my affection and love for her grew as I watched her love and interact with her family, friends and strangers alike. I became convinced Kenzie would be my wife about a year into our relationship because two things had become undeniably evident about her; she loved God well and loved people even better. Those are two things I'm striving towards as well. So when her family invited me for my first Keeton Christmas celebration, I knew it would be the perfect time to proclaim my love for her and get engaged. One week before the engagement, Kenzie and I both were visiting family and friends in Dallas. That same weekend, I was shopping around for a custom ring without her knowledge (believe me, it was stressful). After the ring was secured and Mr. Keeton had given me his blessing, her whole family and friends helped me plan the best surprise engagement day ever. And the rest is history that we are yet to make. We hope to see you there.
