Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for details of our hotel block. We have blocked off the 9/11/26 and 9/12/26 in case you’d like to stay 2 nights. Up to you!

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

Yes, we have 1 shuttle going to the ceremony, and back to the hotel later in the night. The hotel you will want to book to take advantage of that shuttle will be the Timberlake Hotel in Staples, MN. If you book at our other hotel, there will not be a shuttle. Please plan ahead if you are going to indulge in alcohol.

What times will the shuttle run?

Answer

It will leave from the Timberlake Hotel to the venue at 3:23 PM (30 min drive to the venue). It will then make two trips back to the Timberlake Hotel at 10 PM & 11:30 PM.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black tie optional. Feel free to dress it up if you so please, or wear what you’re comfortable in. Long dresses, suits, tux, cocktail dress. No jeans please!

If your specific invitation lists your children, they are welcome to come. Thanks for understanding!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at Stone Hill Farm in the designated parking lot which will be marked with signs. *Please note* The main driveway with the large “Stone Hill Farm” sign is not the entrance to the venue. Vehicles may be left overnight but MUST be removed by 8am the following morning.
