Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle to our venue that will pick up guests from our main hotel, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cedar Rapids Convention Complex (https://book.passkey.com/event/51178654/owner/50452056/home), before the ceremony. There will then be two different trips at the end of the evening to take guests from the reception and back to the hotel. The specific times for the return shuttle will be updated as we get closer to the big day!

Yes! You do not need to worry about traveling to a second location. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at the same venue.

No! Cocktail hour will begin immediately after the conclusion of the ceremony. Cocktail hour will then proceed directly into the reception.
