Sunset Happy Hour
5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
No pressure, but if anyone is around on Thursday, come meet us at Thunderhead Lodge at the top of the Steamboat Gondola to watch the sunset with live music and a cocktail! If you have an Ikon Pass, it's free to ride the Gondola up! For those who don't have a ski pass, prices are around $30.

Day Before Hangs

No pressure. Jack and I will be hiking at Mad Creek at 10:30am for whoever wants to join us. Very casual hike and should take about two hours.
Welcome Party

Drinks on us! 10pm firm cutoff because we don't want everyone tired or hungover for the big day!

Our Ceremony

Formal Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses for ladies and coat and tie or suits for men.
We have made arrangements to get all guests to our ceremony and reception, so do not worry about how you are going to get there! We will have vans picking everyone up from the base of the mountain and bringing you all to La Joya as well as bringing everyone home. (But we know you weren't concerned since the mother of the groom is the Trolley Chick!) Side note: Do not try to drive to the venue, they require arranged transportation and do not have room for your personal vehicles.

After the ceremony, all guests will move the party next door to the Cocktail barn for music, drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Dinner will start at around 630pm where we will have a taco buffet. Since there are almost double digits of gluten free folks, everything (except the flour tortilla option) will be GF.
