Things To Do

For anybody looking to explore during their time in KC, listed below are some of the classic activities and eateries around town.
Weston

Weston

Weston, MO 64098

Weston is about 15 minutes north of our venue. It is an adorable downtown area that has shops, restaurants, wineries, and so much more. If you get the chance while in town, it's a must visit!

Downtown Kansas City

Downtown Kansas City

Kansas City, MO

Downtown KC is filled with restaurants, micro breweries/distilleries, and much more. Hop onto the (free) street car and take a trip from downtown to crown center, or check out the Crossroads art district.

Country Club Plaza

Country Club Plaza

4706 Broadway Boulevard, Kansas City, MO 64112

Just south of downtown, the bustling Plaza is full of restaurants and shopping.

Union Station

Union Station

30 West Pershing Road, Kansas City, MO 64108

South of the Crossroads district, Union station is a popular streetcar stop with a couple smaller foods spots, rotating exhibit, and much more.

The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art

The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art

4525 Oak Street, Kansas City, MO 64111

Take a stroll through the expansive art exhibit (free ticket online) and then hit the Plaza right next door for some shopping and dinner!

Boulevard Brewing Company

Boulevard Brewing Company

2501 Southwest Boulevard, Kansas City, MO 64108

Boulevard Brewing is a favorite of ours and with two kinds of tour options (both better than AB ;) ) there's something for the rookie or the beer sommelier. Don't forget to try their seasonal sour (Kylie's fav) or the infamous Space Camper (always on deck at the Vande Ven bar). Post tour, hangout at their bar while trying drinks not currently out on the market.

River Market

River Market

Kansas City, MO

On the weekends, the River Market (just north of downtown) is filled with vendors selling fresh fruit, pastries, and gorgeous flower bouquets. A wonderful Sunday activity before you leave town!
