Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a small visitor's parking lot at the Welkinweir Estate. From the parking lot, guests will be shuttled to the estate, where the wedding will take place. To make things easier, we’ll have a bus available to transport guests from the hotel to the venue, so you won’t have to worry about parking!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You’re welcome to arrive as early as 4:15 PM for the 5:00 PM ceremony. Please keep parking and shuttle arrangements in mind.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, two buses will be picking up guests from the lobby of the Hilton Garden Inn at 4:00 pm and 4:15 pm, and taking them to the venue. At the end of the reception, the buses will be picking guests up from Welkinweir at 10:00pm to take them back to the hotel.

Answer

Please RSVP by May 26th (Memorial Day Weekend). If you have additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to one of us!

Will breakfast be served at the hotel on Monday the 30th?

Answer

Yes! Breakfast is served from 6:30-10:00 AM in the hotel. Please make sure to get a breakfast voucher from the front desk when you check into the hotel!
