Where is the wedding?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will both be located at the: Ritz-Carlton Beach Club 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive Sarasota, FL 34236 Scheduled transportation by Siesta Key Trolley will be available from the below downtown Sarasota hotels. Please make sure you are in front of one of these hotels (even if you're not staying here) by 4:30/45 on the day of the wedding to ensure you will get a ride over to the beach club. What time is the wedding?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30. Please be seated by 5pm to ensure we start on time!

What is the dress code?
Answer
We are super excited to dress up with our friends and family for this event! The dress code is formal. Ladies can look for floor length or mid length dresses and men can wear suits or sports jacket and pants! Please avoid shades of white, shorts and denim. Bridal party will be in shades of brown and beige.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
You can use the RSVP section on our website to search yours or your family's name to RSVP for those invited. If you have a plus one they will be listed with your name! Please RSVP as soon as possible as well as look into booking accommodations located on our travel page.

What if I can't make it?
Answer
We will miss you greatly if you cannot attend! If you know you will be unable to attend prior to receiving your official invitation, please let Kelsey or Jack know as soon as possible. If you know once receiving your formal invitation, please RSVP no in the dedicated RSVP section on the website.

Are kids invited?
Answer
While we do love your little ones, we are making this an adults only event. Use this as a date night or weekend getaway and come celebrate with us!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your invitation. If you are given a plus one, they will show up under your name when you go to RSVP! We are really looking forward to an intimate celebration with close family and friends!

Will the wedding be outdoors?
Answer
Yes! The wedding ceremony will take place in the Ritz Beach Club lawn. Following the ceremony, the guests will move upstairs to the Sunset Terrace for cocktail hour with reception following in the same location. The Sunset Terrace does have a roof covering the reception area. The typical temperature for end of October in Florida is between 70-80 degrees with the heat cooling off as the sun goes down.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We would love for you to be fully present during the ceremony with us. We kindly ask for you to keep your phones away and on silent during the ceremony so we can ensure our photographer captures all of our special ceremony moments. After the ceremony please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!

Parking/Transportation to the venue?
Answer
We know we are so lucky to have most of our guests flying in from out of town so we have set up the Siesta Key Trolley to provide pick up and drop off from select hotels for our guests! Please see below for both hotels where the trolley will be picking up from. If you are not staying at either of these hotels, please ensure you are in front of one of the two by 4:30/45 on the day of the wedding.
