When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. The ceremony and cocktail hour are being held on the Tanglewood Lawn; please feel free to wear appropriate shoes.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We are hosting a Farewell Brunch on May 19 from 10am - 2pm at the Red Lion Inn. All wedding guests are welcome and encouraged to attend.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please note any allergies, dietary restrictions, or food limitations on the RSVP card or on the RSVP page of our website in the appropriate field. We will share this information with our caterers in advance of the wedding date and contact you directly if there are any questions.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the Travel section of our website for information on hotel blocks and other lodging recommendations.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the hotels to Tanglewood and back via shuttle. Red Lion Inn pickup is at 3:45 PM. Black Swan Inn pickup is at 4:00 PM. The last shuttle will depart shortly after the reception ends at 10 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is provided at the Main Gate of the Tanglewood grounds off of West St. Parking attendants will be stationed at the Main Gate entrance.
