Juliet's Beach since she was toddler; she has fond memories of playing with her cousins and eating sand. This is also the location where Jack epic-ly failed to surprise Juliet on the day of their proposal. Be warned, the ocean is quite cold this time of year (60F) and a wetsuit will be a necessity.
Check out the World Famous Flower Fields in Carlsbad! The prime time to visit these world famous fields is Mid March to Mid April, don't pass up this opportunity while you're in the area. Located next to Legoland and the Carlsbad Premium Outlets the flower fields are in a great location to spend a day with the family.
For our out of town guests, the following locations are your best bet for Nightlife options throughout San Diego -Carlsbad Village-State Street and Carlsbad Blvd are the streets with restaurants and bars. -Encinitas- Intersection of West D Street and the South Coast Highway 101 is the place to checkout. Pina in Encinitas is where Jack and Juliet first met -Del Mar- Intersection of Camino Del Mar and 15th St. Check out Monarch, it's one of our favorite restaurant/bars and down the street from where Juliet grew up. Great outdoor bar setup! -Pacific Beach- Garnet and Grand street by Mission Blvd. Hotspot for young college kids and where Jack lived a decade ago. -Little Italy- Head to the Piazza della Famiglia for the best restaurant scene in San Diego before treating yourself with Salt and Straw icecream for some uniquely flavored desserts. -Gaslamp- Fifth Ave in Downtown, Main nightlife area of San Diego, touristy but fun.
Completely renovated in 2019, the Windmill Food Hall is a great spot to grab some food as there is something for everyone. With over 13 food vendors and indoor/outdoor seating this pet friendly establishment is a great place to relax after shopping at the outlets or checking out the Flower Fields.

A great amusement park for those with little ones. Located down the road from where Juliet and Jack live. After the kids get tired grab some food from the nearby Windmill Food Hall or take a stroll in the world famous Flower Fields.
One of Jack's favorite spots in San Diego. Matt (groomsman) and Jack would frequently run through Balboa park after work. Balboa Park is one of the countries largest parks in a major metropolitan area (larger than Central Park). Home to the San Diego Zoo and a plethora of museums such as the Reuben H Fleet Science Center, San Diego Museum of Art, San Diego Natural History Museum, San Diego Air and Space Museum and the Museum of Man to name a few. You don't need to purchase a city pass to enjoy walking around this architectural work of art.
SeaWorld is a great stop for kids and adults alike. Stick around until 10min before park closes to check out their fireworks show. Next door to to the 25' tall "Kissing Sailor" Statue officially known as "Unconditional Surrender", the USS Midway is an ode to soldiers, sailors and marines of a bygone era. With more than 30 restored airplanes and helicopter, the USS Midway Museum is free for Active duty military and children under 5.
The location of Juliet and Jack's first date, seaport village is host to an assortment of small shops and food vendors. Located in the heart of Downtown San Diego, Seaport Village is a great spot to hang out anytime of the day.
Disneyland is located in Anaheim CA and is 1-1.5hrs North of Vista, CA.
