There will be a free valet service at The Whitney!
We would love to have all of our guests dress their best, and also feel their best! Please come in something that feels comfortable and true to you. All we ask is that you avoid super casual wear: t-shirt, jeans, camo, etc. - dress up, it's a party!
The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, so please arrive no earlier than 3:30 PM and no later than 3:55 PM.
Both will be held in the Whitney! The ceremony will be held on the 3rd floor stair landing, with guest seating on the second floor and 3rd floor balcony. After the ceremony, we will move right upstairs to the reception held on the top floor of the Whitney, known as the "ghost bar". There is an elevator for those unable to take the stairs. P.S. The first floor of the Whitney opens for public dining at 5pm, so until then, feel free to roam all 3 floors of the Whitney for your own personal private tour!
There is no dinner time! Our reception will contain strolling heavy appetizers and drinks to fuel the fun throughout the night. There will be no assigned dinner seating and mingling is encouraged!
Speeches will start at 5:30pm, with first dances following, likely around around 6pm
We kindly ask you to only bring those to which the invitation was addressed to. We politely request no children attend the ceremony and reception. Thank you in advance for understanding.
We will not be providing transportation services, such as a shuttle, to guests. We recommend utilizing ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft, or utilizing the free parking facilities at the venue.
The Whitney kindly asks that all guests leave the property by 10 PM at the latest.
