Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore your children, please note that this is an adults only celebration. Nobody under 21 will be attending the wedding.

Question

Is there a shuttle from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes!! If you booked a room at the preferred hotel with a room block, the Courtyard Republic Airport Long Island/Farmingdale by Marriot, there will be a shuttle that brings you to and from the venue. Please note: YOU MUST SIGN UP AT THE FRONT DESK UPON CHECK IN TO RIDE THE SHUTTLE. The shuttle will provide two trips each way starting at 4:30pm from the hotel to the venue with an immediate turn around for the next shuttle. Rides from the venue to the hotel will begin at 10:30pm with an immediate turn around for the next trip to bring you back to the hotel for the after party. Space is limited so please arrange for an alternative way of getting to and from the venue if need be.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block at the Courtyard Republic Airport Long Island/Farmingdale hotel. See the Travel tab for more details on our room block and how to book online or by phone with our code ABJS. If rooms are taken there are plenty of hotels nearby. Below are a few recommendations: *TownePlace Suites Republic Airport Long Island/Farmingdale **(this hotel shares a parking lot with the Courtyard Republic Airport Long Island/Farmingdale)** Hilton Long Island/Huntington (7 minutes from the after party at the Courtyard) Aside from these recommendations, there are other hotels in the area as well.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot for the Church which is located across the street next to the school. For our reception, it is required that we have valet parking only at the venue.

Is there a formal breakfast at the hotel the next morning?

Answer

Although there will not be a formal breakfast with the bride and groom the next morning, you are welcome to grab breakfast at the hotel at your own convenience. We will most likely make an appearance at some point in the morning!
