Oct. 2018 I (Jessi) decided with a lot of pushing from friends and a raving review from another who met her match on Match that I needed to just join for 30 days and see what happens. So I did it!!! I joined Match one night and decided to just go for it. I sat on my bed with Tristan looking at profiles for a few hours and decided to get Tristan's input. He looked at a few profiles and saw this guys profile and he had a son in a picture and Tristan thought that might be cool to have a friend to play with so he hit that like button. To my surprise this guy (Jack) likes one of my pictures and said I have a nice smile. So we began to message and I said here is my name go stalk me and see if you want to keep going. Not even 2 minutes later He says How do you Know Kelly aka one of my best friends/sister/ride or die? I told him she is my best friend and he replied with I'm Jack Roberts! I said OH that a** hole Jack!? ok now I explain that this Jack that I had never met bought some pool deck chairs from me off facebook and that we we're supposed to be at lots of the same things but he never showed up. After much back and forth and broken dates from Jack, I told him Just show up. All you have to do is show up and keep showing up. So that is what he did even when the universe tried to stop us. I put myself in the NEVER EVER club and one night that all changed. As the words I love you slipped my lips as I fell asleep Jack knew he wanted to marry me. We had a movie night date planned and I got my first ever migraine so I was curled up dying in the dark when he showed up. Jack sat next to me for 4 hours in the dark and the he asked me if he could turn the light on for a second. I said ok and he pulled a ring out and asked me. I said are you sure? Are you kidding me? What? Sure and then the ring did not fit! Nothing is perfect but we are perfectly happy.
