For a traditional Vietnamese tea ceremony, it's customary to wear áo dài — the elegant, long tunic worn over pants — symbolizing respect, grace, and cultural heritage. For those spectating, traditional dress not required.
Traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony. Immediate family and wedding party participating. Other guests are very welcome to arrive early and spectate. A traditional tea ceremony is where the couple honours their families and ancestors with tea, blessings, and symbolic gifts. The ceremony also includes playful door games as the groom’s party tries to win the bride. It’s a beautiful celebration of love and gratitude.

Dress Code: Vibrant & Chic! We want our wedding to be bright, bold, and joyful - just like you! Dress to impress in cocktail attire. Ladies: Think bright, vibrant dresses - don’t be afraid of colour! Gents: Bring out your most colourful tie or shirt. Let’s make the photos pop and fill the day with colour!
