How We Met

All the Much

"It doesn't matter how you meet, it matters what you do once you've met." - Jack Nguyen They say "when you know, you know," and that is exactly what happened for us! Within about ten minutes of our first conversation, I knew he was the one for me, and we hadn't even met in person yet! God is truly writing our love story. He brought us together in His perfect timing. Jack and I spent years praying for a godly spouse. After years of waiting, and at times experiencing painful growth, God blessed us with the miracle and treasure of finding the love of our life. Jack and I have a bit of a long distance relationship. So, while most people go on dates for like an hour or two, that is not what we do. Our second official date lasted about ten hours and can more accurately be described as three dates in one. Some of our favorite dates are when we explore new places together, visit museums, or coming up with random songs about each other. We also love cooking together and being active by playing badminton, tennis, hiking, and going paddle boarding. God has blessed us with many memorable moments throughout our journey and has moved mountains for us on multiple occasions! Praise the Lord! Traditional wedding vows say "in sickness and in health", right now, we have both. Jack and I are both healthy, but the world is experiencing a time of sickness. We decided, what better way to face the uncertainty than side by side, married to one another. We are so excited to see what new adventures await us as we begin our married life together. We hope you will join us in person for our ceremony, and in prayer for healing for our country and the world.
