Dress Code: Formal Garden Party (Black Tie Optional) Think elevated attire with a colorful, garden-inspired feel. We encourage bright, end-of-summer hues and floral prints in formal, outdoor-friendly fabrics. For men, think suits in lighter colors and seasonal fabrics (like linen). Tuxedos are also welcome, but not required. For women, think midi and long dresses or dressy jumpsuits in colorful hues, florals, and garden-inspired patterns. NOTE: the entire celebration will be held outdoors, so we suggest sensible shoes for grass and a light jacket or shawl for when the sun goes down. Guest attire inspiration: (link to Pinterest board)
We’ll miss celebrating with you! For planning purposes, please let us know as soon as possible if you aren't able to attend. You can text or email us at jackandhannahtietheknot@gmail.com
Yes! We’ll have shuttles running on wedding day between the Limelight Hotel Boulder and Greystone Castle. We highly recommend taking the shuttle, as guest parking is not permitted at the venue. Multiple shuttles will run with early and late return options from the reception. If you’re attending the after-party, shuttles will also stop there. Final pickup times will be shared closer to the date. If you miss the shuttles, rideshare may be an option, but please treat it as a last resort since availability and wait times can be unpredictable on the road up to the venue.
Guest parking is not allowed at the venue. This is strictly enforced. Please plan to use the shuttles provided to get to and from the venue.
We have a block reserved at the Limelight Hotel Boulder. This is where the bride and groom will be staying. Please use the link on the Travel tab of this website to book your room. Feel free to reach out if you need additional hotel recommendations!
Please RSVP by Friday, July 17, 2026 so we can finalize guest counts with our venue and vendors. If you know you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
While we wish we could include everyone, due to limited venue capacity, we can only accommodate guests listed on your invitation/RSVP. If you’re unsure whether you have a plus-one, think we may have missed a spouse/partner, or your situation has changed, please reach out and we’ll happily confirm.
While we love your little ones, due to limited venue capacity, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding.
Yes! In addition to the wedding ceremony, reception, and after-party on Saturday, please join us for a welcome party on Friday evening at The Riverside in Boulder! All invited wedding guests are encouraged to attend to help us kick off our wedding weekend. And check back here soon for details about a casual scenic group hike led by the groom on Friday morning!
The bride herself has Celiac Disease (gluten-free), so we are very understanding of food allergies. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions on your RSVP.
Our venue is at roughly 6,000 ft. Be sure to drink plenty of water leading up to your trip and throughout your stay, limit alcohol intake when you first arrive, and pack layers, sunscreen, and lip balm, as the mountain air can be very dry. If you’re coming from a lower elevation, you may notice the altitude more than expected, so taking it easy the first day can make a big difference. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
