What should I wear?

Cocktail or semi-formal attire is preferred. Dress to impress, but keep it comfortable for a night of celebration and dancing! Consider a light jacket or shawl for the evening.

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside and the reception to follow inside. If it rains, everything will be indoors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:00 PM to allow time for seating and enjoying the scenery. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, the shuttle will depart from The Durham Hotel at 3:30 PM before the ceremony. At the end of the night, shuttles will depart Carolina Grove at 9:30 PM and 11:00 PM to bring guests back to The Durham Hotel.

Yes! There’s plenty of parking available at Carolina Grove.
