The Wedding Website of Emma Gonzalez and Jack Pavlish

Jack and Emma’s story began under the twinkle lights of their High School Junior Year Homecoming dance, when two friends decided to go together “just for fun.” Little did they know, that night would spark a lifelong love story. They continued their journey together at Clemson University, spending weekends cheering on the Tigers, going to tailgates and Greek life events, and soaking up the sun on Lake Keowee. After graduation, life threw them a curveball — distance. Jack headed back to Charlotte to start his career, while Emma chased her dreams in Jacksonville, Florida for graduate school. Three years of plane tickets, FaceTime calls, and weekend visits later, they finally closed the gap and reunited in Charlotte in August 2025. Not long after, Jack brought their story full circle — back to the place that held so many of their favorite memories. At the lake house on Lake Keowee, with the water shimmering behind them, he got down on one knee… and the rest, as they say, is history.

The Ceremony

The Cliffs at Keowee Falls Wellness Center

The ceremony will take place on the Veterans Memorial Lawn. The lawn is soft grass, so please plan your footwear accordingly!

Parking is available at The Cliffs at Keowee Falls Wellness Center. Following the ceremony, guests will make a short drive to the clubhouse for the reception. Golf cart transportation or a short walk will be available for those not driving.

The Cocktail Hour

Cocktail Hour will be held at The Cliffs at Keowee Falls Clubhouse immediately following the ceremony. Please enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, and don’t forget to check out our audio guestbook!
