When should I RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as possible so we can coordinate with our vendors. However, the deadline is April 15th, 2026.

Are children able to come?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are not having children at our wedding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please come in your best formal attire; it's not every day you get to dress up for a night out!

Can I wear my dress uniform?

Answer

If you have some weird boot desire to wear your dress uniform, you can. No one is requiring you to be uncomfortable for 6 hours.

Where do I stay?

Answer

Rooms have been blocked off at the Courtyard by Marriott Richmond Northwest/Short Pump, located at 3950 Westerre Parkway, Henrico, VA 23233. Please view the "Travel" information to reserve a room.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guest arrival begins at 3:30 pm, followed by the ceremony at 4:00 pm. We kindly ask that you arrive promptly at 3:30 pm. There will be a shuttle service from the Courtyard by Marriott Richmond Northwest/Short Pump, located at 3950 Westerre Parkway, Henrico, VA 23233. Pick-up is at 3:00.

What if I am unable to attend?

Answer

Your presence will truly be missed. Please RSVP "no" as soon as possible. If you have already RSVP'ed "yes," please notify the bride or groom.

How will I get to my accomadations at the end of the night?

Answer

The shuttle service will begin at 10:00 PM for guest departures to the pickup location at the Courtyard by Marriott Richmond Northwest/Short Pump, 3950 Westerre Parkway, Henrico, VA 23233. Please make sure you are on time, getting an uber WILL be difficult.

Where do I park if I'm driving?

Answer

There is plenty of parking on site! When you arrive, please follow the signs that lead you to The Mill at Fine Creek.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guests formally invited will be accommodated. If you received a plus-one, it will appear when you RSVP.

Question

What do I do if I have food allergies?

Answer

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please don’t worry. All menu items at the reception will be clearly labeled, and each buffet station will indicate any common allergens. If you have a severe allergy, we encourage you to reach out to the bride or groom so we can ensure you’re taken care of.
