What is your venue's mask policy?

Answer

Per the venue mandates, if you are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19, masks are required indoors when not eating/drinking. If you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, masks are optional. Please see the health and safety insert with your invitation for additional guidelines.

Where are all of your weekend events taking place?

Answer

The Welcome & Mingle on Friday is in the lobby of Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbia. The wedding ceremony and reception on Saturday are taking place at Overhills Mansion. The brunch on Sunday is in the lobby of Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbia. Please see the "schedule" tab on this website for more detailed information on each event!

What's the parking situation?

Answer

The driveway to Overhills Mansion is located on the corner of Rolling Road and Wilkens Avenue in Catonsville, Maryland. There is ample parking at the venue, and any overflow parking is located at the church and senior center right next door.

Indoor or Outdoor?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will take place outside, under a new tent with a solid floor...no grass to worry about! Cocktails will be available immediately following the ceremony in the indoor bar, covered porches, and outdoor patios. The reception will be in the indoor ballroom.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal Cocktail. Suits and ties, tuxedos, cocktail dresses, and gowns are all welcome!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitations says "and guest," then yes. Otherwise, please bring only the individuals listed on your invitation.

Adults only, please. Enjoy your night off to celebrate and party!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Please see the "Travel and Accommodations" section for specific details, and please let us know in your RSVP if you plan to use the transportation.

Did you get legally married already?

Answer

Yes! On July 25, 2020 we officially became husband and wife and we are absolutely loving married life!

Are either of you changing your last name?

Answer

Nope, we're still Jack May and Elena Kerr, only we're married now! Yay!

Please RSVP by June 20 2021. Remember to include any dietary restrictions in your RSVP!
